Swim CLUB (Ages 4-18)

This program is currently unavailable. Click here to view all of our current programs.

This program is for children between 4 and 18.

Swim Club will be great for swimmers of all abilities encouraging conditioning and an introduction to the sport of swimming. Experienced swimmers can swim laps and follow daily work outs/challenges with a dose of friendly and independent competition. It is also designed for the younger and less experienced swimmers who can follow the daily work outs, learn something new, and swim at their own pace to help them build the strength and endurance needed for swim team in the future.

What to expect:
This is an independent activity - families can have their child complete each daily practice that is posted according to the time of their July Lake Membership Pass (AM or PM).
There is no structured "practice time" or specific practice day in order to ensure appropriate social distance. Each day (7 days/week), a new workout will be posted on the Swim Club board at the waterfront. When your child completes that day’s challenge practice, they will report to the gate and the staff member will record their finished workout. The more practices your child logs, the stronger they become and the more chances they have to earn prizes and program incentives while participating in July's SWIM CLUB!

To be eligible for the swim club, you must be a Pawling resident and member of the lake.

The cost is $15 per child and the season will run during the month of July. Each child will recieve a swim cap and eligible for prizes as they participate! Registration and payment must be done with a credit card online only at pawlingrec.com.

If you have any specific questions or concerns, please contact the Aquatic Director Liz Filachek at lfilachek99@gmail.com

We hope to see you enjoying the sport of swimming very soon!
