Hapkido is a self-defense martial art in which you learn to defend against grabs, kicks and strikes. In this class, you will learn low level kicks, strikes, a defensive mindset and more. This course is not a typical Martial Arts course, it is taught through scenario based training, you will learn to protect yourself from the first class of instruction.
