Yoga is for EVERYBODY! Yoga is truly a body AND mind workout. You will not only learn the basic poses to gain strength, flexibility, coordination and body confidence, you will also learn breathing and visualization techniques to achieve stress reduction, inner quiet, and calmness. Health waiver form required BEFORE the first class. Please wear comfortable clothing. Bring a yoga mat (or borrow one) and water! Participants should be injury free to attend.
All ages (Teens Welcome!) and fitness levels are encouraged to attend.
